All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

Deposits may be required before work commences, and final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3G Steel Worx reserves the right to suspend work or withhold delivery where payments remain outstanding.

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but may be affected by material availability, supplier delays, weather conditions, site access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While every effort will be made to meet agreed timelines, 3G Steel Worx cannot guarantee completion dates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African legislation.
